Co-founder of Mayfly Sound, Barney Heywood recently took a trip to Japan to attend the The International Academic Forum (iafor) in Kobe. He delivered a workshop with Dr Ruth Farrar, from Bath Spa University, called Utilising Technology to Unlock the Past.
Find Mayfly Sound at the Love Actually wedding fayre, this Sunday 19th March at the Bristol M Shed.
Come and check out our range of Mayfly Sound Journals and Stickers alongside 100 other local brands and makers from the West and South West for one of the region’s biggest pop up stores!
Our aim is to produce an activity book that removes the pressure of writing, so that ideas and spontaneity are a priority.
With the help of Arts Council England we are making an activity book which uses Mayfly to help create stories.
It is perhaps appropriate that Mayfly emerged from the chance discovery of an old guide-book in a second-hand bookshop.
Join us to celebrate the preview of Mayfly Sound at The Rooms Festival, Bristol on Thurs 5th – Sat 7th November.
